About ResumeIQ

Welcome to ResumeIQ, a product of NPUI Media Network LLP, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. It is built and maintained by Naveen Kumar (iamnvn.in). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean NPUI Media Network LLP. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you in return. By creating an account or using the service, you're agreeing to them.

What ResumeIQ does

ResumeIQ analyzes resumes you upload or paste (optionally against a job description you provide) and gives you a score along with suggestions for improvement. It's designed to be a helpful starting point for strengthening your resume, not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and it isn't a substitute for professional career, legal, or hiring advice.

About your analysis

Your score and suggestions are generated automatically to give you fast, useful feedback. As with any automated analysis, we'd encourage you to treat the results as helpful guidance rather than the final word. Pair them with your own judgment, and feel free to adjust anything that doesn't feel right for your situation.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

When using ResumeIQ, you agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share (e.g. someone else's resume without their consent).
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Try to bypass free-tier limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use the service to build a competing product from its output.

We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.

Plans, credits and payment

Every account gets a limited number of free analyses. Beyond that, you can buy a one-time credit pack. There's no subscription and nothing renews automatically. A credit, once purchased, doesn't expire and is only used when you run an analysis; if an analysis fails to complete, the credit is automatically returned to your account.

Payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Credits are personal to your account and aren't transferable or redeemable for cash outside of the refund process below.

Refunds and cancellations

Since credits are one-time purchases with no recurring billing, there's nothing to "cancel". You simply stop buying more if you don't want to. If a payment goes wrong (you were charged but the credits didn't land in your account, or a duplicate charge occurred), email contact@iamnvn.in with your payment reference within 7 days of the charge; we aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and, once approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Unused credits may also be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any of them yet. Just email the address above with your order details. Once a credit has been used to run an analysis, that credit isn't eligible for a refund.

Your content

You own whatever you upload: your resume, job descriptions, and any other content you provide. By using ResumeIQ, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to generate your analysis and provide the service to you. We don't sell your resume data or use it to train our own models.

If you turn on sharing for an analysis, you're choosing to make that specific report viewable by anyone with the link, until you turn sharing off.

No warranty

ResumeIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable and useful, but as with any online service, we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naveen Kumar and ResumeIQ won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on its analysis or output.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens. Continuing to use ResumeIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
